Our process is simple yet as individual as the individual is themselves.

The Success Process

Discovery Phase

A comprehensive set of questions that lets you and your coach understand from where am I now and where to I intent to go, what is my vision of the future, will the future fit my needs, are there tradeoffs, what will I need to give up, etc.

ICS Program Phase

You will DISCOVER how to MOTIVATE others to listen so they will TRUST you and be willing to let you INFLUENCE them.

Feedback Phase

Throughout the Success Process we give and receive feedback in a one-to-one environment. The coach works with the individual and teams to identify behavioral changes that will lead to success. A plan of action will be agreed upon and time tables defined to complete the plans of action.

Ongoing Interactivity Phase

Following the plans of action the coach will continue to monitor and mentor the executive or teams to reinforce their commitment to the plans, as well as modifying plans as needed.

Additional Skills Phase

Special skills training such as goal setting, interpersonal communications, delegating, counseling and conflict resolution will be available to enhance the executives and teams effectiveness. The core of our success in Executive Coaching is the internationally acclaimed Insights Discovery Personal Report Assessment.
